      Jira automation doesn't have a check for fix version which executing the tests that should have been skipped. 

      Example:- 
      OADP-144 is fixed in version OADP 1.2 and it should be skipped on OADP 1.1.z and 1.0.z.

      TODO:

      Compare the fixVersion with installed OADP version.
