What is the nature and description of the request?

With the current implementation of ODAP operator, backup and restore is per cluster and allows only one storage definition and one application data protection definition. This limits the usability of ODAP for generic customer environments.
The request is to allow the use of ODAP with multiple definitions for Application Data Protection and the backup locations in a single namespace

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Having only one Data Protection Application and one backup location restricts the customer to backup all applications the same way without any variation to e.g. backup location. With the current limitation, a customer can only use a single storage target having only a single tier available when different applications perhaps would have different needs. Also, different backups, so weekly, daily, couldn't be directed to different storage targets.

Having only a single Data protection Application, would limit all applications to use exactly the same mechanisms, like there couldn't be some backups using snapshots with retention only and some storing the data to a different backup location in addition.

How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

1. Allow the definition of multiple backup locations in single namespace
2. allow the definition of multiple Data Protection Applications in a single namespace
