      The 'velero-plugin-for-aws' needs a modification to allow usage of a shared configuration

      Below PR is assumed to address the need

      Adding ability for aws shared config #92

       

      Eventually we will need QE to verify this use-case for future releases, yet for OADP 1.0 we do not expect QE to verify and will validate this with SRE and OADP Developers.

       

      This will ONLY work for BackupStorageLocation as of now.

      More work will be created for EBS support and Amazon STS.
