This story is about enabling OADP to be used by SRE for ARO clusters (on Azure).

At a minimum we expect this story to involve:

• We need to determine if any other functionality is desired for creation an Azure Blob Storage  bucket, similar to work done for  Add Ability To Setup S3 and GCS Buckets #390
• Integration work with OADP engineer working on an ARO provisioned cluster in Azure
• Provide an early build of OADP with feature to SRE and ask for help confirming feature works as expected

Additionally, we need to ensure future regression coverage in QE as this will become an expected supported use-case of OADP.
