This story is about enabling OADP to be used by SRE for OSD clusters on GCP.

The known work at moment is to enable bucket creation of GCS on GCP clusters.

At a minimum we expect this story to involve:

• Development work from OADP engineers to enable bucket creation in OADP with Google Cloud Storage (Google's Object Storage offering)
• Integration work with OADP engineer working on an OSD provisioned cluster on GCP to test credential workflows and the like to see successful bucket creation
• Provide an early build of OADP with feature to SRE and ask for help confirming feature work as expected

Additionally, we need to ensure future regression coverage in QE as this will become an expected supported use-case of OADP.
