In order to eliminate the network interruption caused by microshift-ovs-init.service when moving node gateway interface to br-ex bridge, and to support different network device (WIFI, tap/tun). We need to find a way to decouple br-ex from node gateway interface. Here we have 3 options, we need to find out the option we want to proceed 

• Option-1: disable gateway
• Option-2: use br-ex, but don’t attach any host interface under br-ex
• Option-3: use a dummy interface for br-ex
