Goal
Enable 'whereabouts' CNI/IPAM to support both IPv4 and IPv6 IP addresses to handle dual-stack scenarios.
Why is this important?
This is important for customers who use Multus and also at the same time support a dual-IP stack. This request comes from the OCS team and also is a regular community request.
