    Description

      For QE testing:

      1-a: Pod to Pod (Same Node)
      1-b: Pod to Pod (Different Node)

      3-a: Pod -> Cluster IP Service traffic (Pod Backend - Same Node)
      3-b: Pod -> Cluster IP Service traffic (Pod Backend - Different Node)

      Using Iperf3 TCP.

      For Docs after QE has verified the hardware/software:

      Please add the hardware to https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.11/networking/hardware_networks/configuring-hardware-offloading.html 

      BF2-NIC mode needs https://issues.redhat.com/browse/NHE-202 to be placed in such a mode.
