Following tweaks need to be done on rcm-nexus utility:

• parameter -e should become optional - by default production server should be used
• link to the documentation (displayed in the utility should point to https://mojo.redhat.com/docs/DOC-1199638
• the ability to do all the changes in case of adding new product should be checked before any changes are applied
