While creating partitioned zip files for the push when a directory contains "maven-repository", the files become messed up.

jcasey@redhat.com: can you explain why you did this in your code? Removing part of the ZIP file cobrien_redhat is trying to deploy to Nexus may have a good reason, but we do not know why this is happening.

We need to fix that, because there is an error, that causes the file names to be messed up, but the fact something is being removed from the zip may be unexpected.
