We (business automation team) are running more and more into issues where we need that our Nexus instance is serving different content. For example:
      https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/repositories/snapshots/org/kie/kie-api/7.24.0-SNAPSHOT/maven-metadata.xml
When opening this file, it seems you either get snapshots from either today or you get snapshots from 2 days ago.
Looking at origin-repository, the file there seems to correctly contain the snapshots from today. But when maven tries to download the same file on my local machine, I'm getting outdated snapshots instead.

Just to clarify why this is causing severe issues for us: not just because some people are then served outdated jars, but sometimes it even leads to situations where people can no longer build their projects because it's first saying to download specific snapshots but then it's saying those versions can't be found. And then other people don't see any issues at all.

Is this a known issue? I know we are being asked to avoid using origin-repository instead, but if this prevents people from building their code I don't think this is an alternative.
