Better Handling of 401 and 403 Errors in The RCM Deployment Tool

      When the user does not have correct credentials (401 error) or has correct credentials, but lacks permissions to deploy products (403 error), error it nicely so it is clear what to do:

      • 401 - fix your credentials (possibly write where it can be done)
      • 403 - mention, that it is done by asking RCM team leader, possibly mention it is cobrien_redhat. Even if this may change in future, it is a good start if you are about to do that. Maybe the contact could be added to the configuration as well. Teams get re-named all the time so a contact to a specific person may be quite handy.
