      Quoted from https://redhat.service-now.com/surl.do?n=PNT0509141 :

Hi I tried to raise this problem at service-now.com, but they sent me to you. The JBoss Maven repository, which is used by just about everybody, inside Red Hat and outside, to build Fuse/EAP applications, has a bunch of missing artefacts. To take just one example, the directory https://maven.repository.redhat.com/ga/org/springframework/boot/spring-boot-starter-actuator/ has no artefacts in. Worse, requesting a missing artefact results in a redirection to access.redhat.com, which appears to Maven to be successful, so a proper artefact, like a JAR or a POM, is replaced by an HTML file with the same name. This completely corrupts the developer's local Maven installation. I hope I am describing a problem that makes some kind of sense. Best wishes Kevin
