Unable to validate or delete WildFly OpenSSL tag

      Earlier today I tried to release WildFly OpenSSL Natives to wildfly-staging in a dummy run , I then deleted it using the command:

      mvn nxrm3:staging-delete

      I have just tried doing a real release and now I get the following validation error:

      Unexpected error: more than one namespace=org.wildfly.openssl, name=wildfly-openssl-natives-parent, version=2.3.0.Alpha1 found!

      To clean up I have tried the stagin-delete command again but now I get:

      [ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.sonatype.plugins:nxrm3-maven-plugin:1.0.13:staging-delete (default-cli) on project wildfly-openssl-natives-parent: Delete components was unsuccessful (500 response from server): status code: 500, reason phrase: Internal Server Error -> [Help 1]
