As a part of the staging flows of some teams we created tasks for validation of the deployment on our side. They use standard flow and thus create Jira tickets even if their result is closely observed by the user and creating an issue should not therefore be necessary.

We need to make it possible to suppress the creation of tickets for unwanted tasks.
