During uninstallation, deleting flowcollector is not enough with 1.2, when user tries to re-install NOO and re-create flowcollector again, they would hit below issue:

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy 1.2.0 NOO
      2. Deploy loki and Flowcollector in netobserv
      3. Delete flowcollector,
      4. uninstall NOO
      5. Delete netobserv NS.
      6. Repeat step 1
      7. Repeat step 2

It appears deleting flowcollector CRD after "Delete flowcollector" step may be the workaround here, we may need to test out this workaround thoroughly though.
