Histogram user experience feedback

      As per of our discussion in the sync meeting, this task will only cover the following items:

      • add animation for time range change in histogram
      • improve tooltips texts
      • auto refresh will be disabled while using histogram
      • improve drag (if possible)
      • Add dark overlay in guided tour

      Other feedback are tracked in the linked document. We need more feedback from the field and suggestions to improve the histogram in the future.
