NOO 1.2 can't be installed in custom NS

      Until 1.1 custom NS was supported however NETOBSERV-788 stopped supporting custom NS (other than openshift-operators) intentionally . Likely we're not planning to support custom NS, in that case, existing customers who has installed in custom NS won't be able to upgrade.
