Realizing that we've missed some feature of OLM that allows to better organize the CR installation form, in the console: it seems like we could do much better by setting `spec.customresourcedefinitions.owned.specDescriptors` in our CSV.
See for instance how is the LokiStack form (which uses "specDescriptors") :
Whereas our FlowCollector form looks messy, items seem to be in random order, names not correctly capitalized ....
