Previously, network flows between pods running of different nodes were sometimes not correctly identified as being duplicates as they are captured via different network interfaces. This resulted in over-estimated metrics displayed in the console plugin.
With this patch, flows are correctly identified as duplicates, hence producing accurate metrics to be displayed.

There are flows captured via the pod overlay interface (e.g. "197f1b597b92498") and others via the geneve interface e.g. "genev_sys_6081"; both have "duplicate=false" flag and same FlowDirection
