      As described in this OpenShift request for enhancement and related to NETOBSERV-66 , the ovn pods responsible for ovs config should read new environment variables for the IPFIX export configuration.

      • build up the ipfix target URL from host ip and provided port, if the collector port is provided as an environment variable.
      • read and propagate to OvS new settings (sampling & cache)
