netobserv_ingest_flows_processed was being reported as counter but no longer the case.

jtakvori should netobserv_ingest_flows_processed_count / netobserv_ingest_flows_processed_count be used instead? 

I am also finding both to be producing different results, while they should be more or less similar IIUC prometheus sum/count
