Currently, the midstream repository (https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/netobserv-midstream/network-observability-operator-cpaas ) holds the patches to be applied to the upstream branch. Jenkins should be able to pull the upstreams and apply the templates from the midstream, then store them into dist-git (downstream).

However, this task is failing.

This task should fix that for all our midstreams/downstreams:

• Operator/Operator Bundle
• eBPF agent
• FLP
• Console plugin
