We need to document, in github markdown, how to setup not only the operator but also the rest of the stack, at least for OpenShift (possibly also for kind). It includes:

• Install the Operator
• Configuring ovn manually (until this is automated by CNO)
• Install Loki / Grafana (unofficial guide until we can use the loki-operator)
• Install a CR
• View in Grafana
• (what else?)
