Deploy our stack with the Loki Operator

      Currently in our preliminar work we've used helm charts to deploy loki. In the long run, we will use the loki operator instead.

      We must deploy our stack (ovn-k + flow exports + collector + loki) with the loki operator, to gather any feedback or requirements that we would have for the cluster logging team (who develops the loki operator).
