FLP metrics are exposed as HTTP Endpoints today, we'll need to add those metrics over to prometheus to collect them during perf tests. Working with Monitoring QE, we're able to achieve this by creating ServiceMonitor in network-observability NS and setting "enableUserWorkload" to true for monitoring.
