Setup end to end automated tests that is able to deploy an actual environment, and all our workloads.

• We can probably use KIND to setup the environment (not openshift, but faster and lighter) ; cf FLP where it has also been set up.
• Cover different deployment scenarios: eBPF / OVS / (both?), with or without Kafka, FLP as DaemonSet or Deployment/Service, etc., full CR or empty CR (ie. all default fields)
