There's no simple way to completely remove Network Observability.  On the command line, this is what's required.

      oc delete all -l app=network-observability-operator
      oc delete all -l app=flowlogs-pipeline
      oc delete all -l app=network-observability-plugin
oc delete service/netobserv-metrics-service  # no app label

      Other resources remain:

      • Console plugin entry
      • FlowCollector CRD
      • ConfigMap entries
      • 3 secrets (unable to get rid of, not sure what process is respawning these). Example:
        netobserv-controller-manager-dockercfg-n6lzl kubernetes.io/dockercfg
        netobserv-controller-manager-token-8hkfn kubernetes.io/service-account-token
        netobserv-controller-manager-token-dt77z kubernetes.io/service-account-token
