      Description of problem:

      Open Network Traffic Page button should not be present in status view when flowcollector is deployed without either loki or prometheus

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy flowcollector without loki or prometheus in service mode from UI
2. Status page should open

      Actual results:

      Open Netflow Traffic page button is still present. Upon clicking the button it leads to 404 Page not found

      Expected results:

      Open Netflow Traffic page button should not be present/disabled
