      Description of problem:

      Global  card on topology is visible when alert is for ns or workload

      Also intermittently the red highlight disappears even when alert is firing:

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.  deploy latest noo bundle 
2. create flowollector with dns alerts.
3.

      Actual results:

      Global card is visible

      Expected results:

      Global card should exist, simply show alerts
