In addition to project description, the application form requires (that we may not have at this time) :

• A public link to project roadmap
• Code of conduct
• List of adopters
• Security policy
• A description of how we separate upstream and downstream, or plan to do so

A question is:

Has your project engaged with the domain specific TAG(s) to increase 
awareness through a presentation and/or completing the Day 0 portion of 
the General Technical Review questionnaire?

=> might be something to do prior to applying.
