      Do performance testing, specifically for the "Enable Network Observability" feature, for various test beds in Network Observability 1.11.  This is in Loki-less mode with a specific FlowCollector configuration.

      • Provide guidance on CPU, memory, and storage resources
      • Measure the impact on Prometheus in the In-Cluster Monitoring
      • Optimize the default FlowCollector configuration when enable Network Observability by default
