NetObserv CLI: In packet capture, it defaults to showing one row

      Enter: `oc netobserv packets port=443

      It displays only one line of data.  In `oc netobserv flows`, it defaults to 30.

      Workaround: Click the "+" in the blue panel on the same row as  "Showing last" to increase the number of rows in the table.
