      Description of problem:

      Changes in console-plugin pf4 branch is not current when compared to main/release-1.10 branch

      1. Deploy NOO 1.10 on 4.14

      Changes on release-1.10 and release-1.10-pf4 should be identical unless if some changes shouldn't be brought in for 4.14 version.
