      Description of problem:

      Flowcollector form still assumes loki is deployed in same NS. Need to update the wording and make loki namespace a required field

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy NetObserv v1.10
2. Deploy flowcollector from console

      Expected results:

      Flowcollector should specify loki to be in a different namespace
