      Test NetObserv with MACVLAN secondary network, relates to RFE-7169.

       

      Also, Create a test case in Polarion. Automation should be done as part of separate story. Additional test case is not necessary since it's similar to SRIOV scenario and no additional changes necessary besides the MACVLAN setup.
