Subnet labels are missing from otel

      Previously, when an OpenTelemetry exporter was configured, the Source and Destination Subnet Labels were missing from the generated metrics, always showed as empty.
      With this change, those labels are now correctly provided. They are also renamed to "source.subnet.label" and "destination.subnet.label".

      Previously, when an OpenTelemetry exporter was configured, the Source and Destination Subnet Labels were missing from the generated metrics, always showed as empty. With this change, those labels are now correctly provided. They are also renamed to "source.subnet.label" and "destination.subnet.label".

      When configuring an OTEL metrics exporter, metrics with subnet labels (e.g. namespace_flows_total among others) always show empty values for SrcSubnetLabel and DstSubnetLabel

      Moreover, those labels aren't "otelified", we'd expect more something like "source.subnet.label".
