Description of problem:

WaitingFLPMonolith sometimes shows Ready with status False and sometimes Unused with status False

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create FlowCollector
2. Update a field such as sampling
3. Check status

Actual results:

Status is not consistent

Expected results:

Status should always show the same output
