Previously, network flows were not generated in OpenShift 4.15, with the eBPF agents showing errors "could not attach TCX hook" in logs. Users had to configure a workaround by adding in Flowcollector, under spec.agent.ebpf.advanced.env, "TC_ATTACH_MODE: tc".
This configuration is not needed any more: it is now done automatically when the detected cluster version is 4.15.

      WORKAROUND:
In FlowCollector spec.agent.ebpf.advanced.env set TC_ATTACH_MODE to tc
