IPsec dashboards isn't "per node" as mentioned

      Description of problem:

      The metric in IPsec chart isn't "per node" as mentioned, it's global for the cluster. It should be per node (or, if not, the text shouldn't mention per node)

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install netobserv, enable ipsec in FlowCollector
2. Go to "Observe > Dashboards > NetObserv main"
3. Scroll down to the ipsec section

      Actual results:

      Single global metric is displayed

      Expected results:

      Per-node metrics should be displayed
