Expand window does not take up menu space

      OCP Version: 4.19.1

      In Observe > Network Traffic, click the "Expand" link.  The window expands but does not take up the menu space (see screenshot).

      Workaround: If you click  on the upper left-hand side, it will open/close the side menu.
