Previously, when filtering by source or destination IP from the console plugin, using a CIDR notation such as "10.128.0.0/24" did not work, returning results that should be filtered out.
With this patch, it is now possible to use a CIDR notation, with the results being filtered as expected.

When setting a filter such as "Destination IP" != "10.0.0.0/8", it still shows flows to IPs such as 10.0.56.62.

If I wrote the exact IP, it works as expected.

(I noticed that on main branch, to be checked on 1.8.1)
