Empty UDN's filtering not working as expected

      Description of problem:

      Filtering out empty UDN's in topology view does not show up any results. PFA the screen-recording

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy NetObserv, flowcollector with UDN feature enabled
2. Deploy CUDN/UDN and dont send any traffic through them
3. Filter on the empty UDN/CUDN in topology view

      Actual results:

      UDN/CUDN does not show up on filtering

      Expected results:

      UDN/CUDN should show up on filtering
