      Description of problem:

      Enabling eBPF features UDN, EBPF manager or Network Events shows up as Configuration Issue even though on OCP4.18 nightly build

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy NetObserv on OCP4.18 nightly cluster
2. Deploy flowcollector with above eBPF features enabled

      Actual results:

      Flowcollector status shows Configuration Issue warning

      Expected results:

      Flowcollector should not show any Issue
