In Network Observability, there are only a few parameters that require the user's attention when instantiating a FlowCollector.  Unfortunately, the organization in the Flow view and YAML view represents the structure of the components.  While this has benefits in how it's organized, it leads to a bad usability experience because the parameters are sprinkled throughout and deeply nested, making it difficult to know what are the important parameters.

      Suggestion:
Create a new section that highlights these parameters.  This may only be doable in Form view.  Some of the parameters are:

      • Sampling
      • Loki mode
If mode is LokiStack, include LokiStack name.
      • eBPF features
Note: Should set privileged mode accordingly (see NETOBSERV-2178)
      • Deployment model (Direct or Kafka)
If Kafka is enabled, then include Kafka topic.
