      Description of problem:

      The filters in the UI are visible despite their related features are disabled.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install netobserv without all ebpf features enabled (e.g. keep NetworkEvents and UDN disabled)
2. Check UI filters
3.

      Actual results:

      They show all filters including UDN, xlat, Net events...

      Expected results:

      They should only show relevant filters
