      Tarball were removed in mirror.openshift.com. The new procedure is:

      curl -LO https://developers.redhat.com/content-gateway/file/pub/cgw/netobserv/1.8.0/oc-netobserv-amd64

chmod +x ./oc-netobserv-amd64

sudo mv ./oc-netobserv-amd64 /usr/local/bin/oc-netobserv
