To simplify the configuration of netobserv for L2 networks, but with the drawback of potentially increasing memory, we could make FLP systematically inspect L2 networks declared per Pod and do the MAC indexing. Users wouldn't have to configure those networks explicitly then. This feature could be opt-in or opt-out.
