Xlat ZoneId filter does not work as expected

      Description of problem:

      Flows filtered with ZoneId != 0 show up flows with ZoneId = 0
No results show up when flows are filtered on ZoneId >= 0

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy flowcollector with PacketTranslation enabled
2. Filter flows based on ZoneId

      Actual results:

      ZoneId filters dont behave as expected

      Expected results:

      ZoneId filters should work as expected
