      Description of problem:

      Xlat ICMP code shows up as a random number instead of n/a for non-ICMP flows

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy flowcollector with Packet Translation enabled
2. Look at translated flows with Protocol != ICMP

      Actual results:

      ICMP code should be n/a

      Expected results:

      ICMP code is some random number
